1Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below:

2Member Eligibility

To register and use 499p's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the 499p platform.
• A resident of or physically located in Malaysia while using 499p's services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online entertainment services in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
• Not listed on any voluntary self-exclusion register or subject to any mandatory exclusion order imposed by any relevant regulatory authority.
• Using your own lawfully earned funds to deposit and play at 499p — not borrowed money or funds derived from any illegal activity.

499p reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Members found not meeting these eligibility requirements will have their accounts closed and all balances may be forfeited at 499p's discretion.

3Account Registration

By registering an account with 499p, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at 499p. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, true and complete. Providing false information is grounds for account closure without any payment of remaining balance.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your 499p account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• 499p reserves the right to require identity verification through official documents (such as a Malaysian identity card) before processing any withdrawal.
• A 499p account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other party.
• You must notify 499p of any changes to your personal information by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 499p are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. 499p does not accept any foreign payment methods.
• Minimum Deposit: RM 20 per deposit transaction. Deposits are processed in under 60 seconds upon successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 499p account holder.
• 499p reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals — particularly for large amounts or accounts that have recently received significant winnings.
• 499p does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds into 499p, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Funds held in a 499p account do not accrue interest, and 499p is not liable for any losses arising from currency value fluctuations.

5Bonuses & Promotions

499p offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement of their own that must be met before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• The 150% first deposit bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once. Misuse of this offer may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• 499p reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and hold no cash value outside of the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Should 499p detect any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — 499p reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and close all accounts involved.
• The daily 0.5% rebate is automatically credited based on the total eligible wagers placed during the specified period. This rebate is calculated on total wagers, not on losses.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the 499p platform are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games on 499p is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently audited. All results are final and cannot be altered.
• The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed for each game are calculated over millions of rounds across an extended period and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, 499p will endeavour to resume or resolve the game based on the last recorded state. Where resolution is not possible, the original wager will be returned to the member's balance.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or game defects is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings obtained through such means.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or scripts to play games on 499p is strictly prohibited.

7Member Conduct

As a 499p member, you agree not to:

• Using the 499p platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, financial fraud, or any related criminal offence.
• Bullying, harassing, threatening or abusing any other member or 499p staff through any communication channel.
• Posting obscene, offensive, inflammatory or unlawful content through any communication feature on the 499p platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the 499p platform, circumvent security systems, or engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
• Using any information obtained from the 499p platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 499p.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and potential legal action.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 499p platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of 499p or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.

• You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any 499p content without explicit written permission from 499p.
• The name "499p" and all associated logos are trademarks owned by 499p. Unauthorised use of these names or logos is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 499p may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 499p provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.
• 499p shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 499p platform.
• 499p's total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim in question.
• 499p is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

10Account Termination

The following terms apply to the termination or suspension of a 499p account:

• Termination by Member: You may close your 499p account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any valid balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you once security checks have been completed.
• Termination by 499p: 499p reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, holding multiple accounts, or conduct that is detrimental to the platform or other members.
• In cases of termination due to serious violations, 499p reserves the right to withhold any balance and winnings in the account pending investigation.
• Records of terminated accounts will be retained by 499p for the period required under applicable Malaysian law.

11Changes to Terms

499p reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

• 499p will post a notice on the platform's homepage at least 14 days before any changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances where changes may be enforced immediately.
• You will be notified via email or in-platform notification on the 499p platform of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the 499p platform after any changes to these Terms take effect will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms.
